Money 'n Money on disability

Rasheen Rose, an autistic verbally disabled young man of 33
years was murdered after a 275 pound worker sat on him at the Bernard Fineson
Developmental Center in Queens Village, last year, was reported.
His sister filed a lawsuit accusing the Center of using
improper restraining technics asking punitive damages of millions, counteracted
by the OPWDD state agency with a request to pay $11.67 million dollars, if she
will be awarded on her rights, for Medicaid bills from 2002.
